The official winners of Miss Grand India 2026 are: Miss Grand India 2026, Lakshita Thilagaraj (Tamil Nadu); 1st Runner-Up, Mrigashree Baruah (Assam); 2nd Runner-Up, Tanvi Marak (Meghalaya); 3rd Runner-Up, Saanjh Khurana (Uttar Pradesh); 4th Runner-Up, Reshmi Deokota (West Bengal); and 5th Runner-Up, Sneha Tamang (Sikkim).
